C18

C18 has octadecylsilane chemically bonded to spherical porous silica 1.5μm to 10μm micro- particles. Specifications of the BDS and nonendcapped variants are also provided

C6

Linear hexylcaine ligand chemically bonded to totally porous silica particles, 1.5μm – 10μm in diameter

This C6 columns are reversed-phase columns used for the separations of analytes that are retained too strongly on C8 or C18 columns. It is used for acidic, basic, neutral, moderately non-polar and polar drugs, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, hydrophobic proteins, natural products and food additives.

AMIDE

Spherical, porous silica gel, 10μm or less in diameter, the surface of which has been covalently modified with alkyl amide groups and end capped.

This column resists phase collapse at low organic content and allows its use with 100%aqueous eluents. It is useful at low pH, for bases at neutral pH, shows reduced base retention and better peak shape.

SIL

SIL normal phase column has spherical non-bonded super pure (>99.99%). Porous silica particles, 2μm – 10μm in diameter

 This SIL widely useful in pharmaceutical Industries. The mobile phase generally used is Methanol: Hexane (10: 90), Ethyl Acetate: Hexane (10: 90) or Ethanol: Hexane (5: 95). For example, more hydrophobic dibutyl phthalate elutes earlier compared to dimethyl phthalate. Moderately polar isomeric compounds could also be separated. Offers sharper peak shape and improved performance. Suitable Semi Prep and Prep columns are also made available in various sizes

Phenyl

Ph column has phenyl groups chemically bonded through an alkyl chain as spacerto porous silica particles 3μm to 10μm in diameter.

C18-SemiPREP and PREP

Semi-Prep and Preparatory scale columns have superior performance benefits compared to other OEM columns in its class.

In scaling up purifications one can relatively load a larger quantity of the sample in the injection volume, adjust the flow rate to control the separation patterns. These C18 and columns with other Chemistries in ID =50mm and lengths up to 500mm will be made available upon request.

C30

C30 is a reverse phase column with tricontylsilane bonded onto high purity, fully porous spherical silica, 3μm to 15μm in diameter.

C30 bonded phase is more hydrophobic compared to C18. Separation with good selectivity advantage and reproducibility can be handled with low aqueous or non-aqueous mobile phases. This column is useful for the separation of hydrophobic, long-chain, structural isomers, Carotenoids, Tocopherols, Steroids, Plant extracts, food, and biologics, vitamins and PAHs, Lutein, Triglycerides, Phospholipids.

C8

C8 column has Octylsilane chemically bonded to spherical totally porous pure silica particles 1.7μm to 10μm in diameter.

C8 has a nonpolar phase for RP chromatography and will exhibit lesser retentivity compared to the C18 column by hydrophobic interaction mechanism. This column is useful for very hydrophobic compounds, fat soluble vitamins.

C4

C4 column has butyl silane chemically bonded to spherical totally porous pure silica particles, 3µm to 10µm in diameter.

C4 is almost similar to the Chromasol JADE C4 in terms of bonded phase chemistry extent of retentivity, specificity in terms of hydrophobic interaction. This brand, however, allows better choice of pores sizes for separation of high molar mass bio-molecules in the range of interest.

HEXYL Phenyl Column

C6 Ph Column has media with Phenyl groups chemically bonded through hexyl spacer to porous silica particles 3μm to 10μm in diameter and imparts combined selectivity of aromatic and hydrophobic groups.

Separation occurs based on the dual mechanism of aromatic π-π interactions and alkyl hydrophobic interactions. useful for the separation of aromatic and unsaturated compounds, polar compounds and antibiotics.

NH2

NH2 columns have amino groups through alkyl chain chemically bound to the porous silica particles 3μm to 10μm in diameter.

This column offers functionality similar separation efficiency as our Brand.
